Bailey Wilde

I have been a volunteer since my mum (Kerryanne) set up CERT in 2015, but at the time I was only 13 yrs old.  I have continued to volunteer, helping out with various situations and scenarios. As a young trustee I feel that I'm in a very good position to speak for and be an advocate for the youth voice. 

Also, I have Hemi-plegia Cerebral Palsy, Visually Impaired and have Learning and Developmental Delay. Which gives me a good insight into, supporting and understanding those who approach CERT for help and support with Disabilities and/or Additional Needs. I have been key in the writing and implementation of the Inclusion policy.
